Responsibilities & Services
The Information Technology Department provides the following services for the Sevier County government:

• The county computer system 
  
  • Provide support for hardware and software, including servers, computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, network hardware, network software, tax system software, accounting software, voting software, court software, word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Provide support to county offices to ensure that accurate data exists in our system
  • Purchase new equipment and equipment supplies
• The county internet system 
  
  • Provide support for the county internet, website, and email
• The county phone system 
  
  • Provide support for the phone system and voicemail system at the Sevier County Administration Building
• The county tax system 
• Provide support for each step of the tax cycle, including assessment roll, disclosure notices, and tax notices
