The Application Process
Passport applications can be accepted in the Sevier County Clerk / Auditor's Office during regular business hours. The Clerk / Auditor's Office does not issue the passport; the completed application, fees, and all documents are sent to the U.S. Passport Agency in San Francisco for processing. 

Application Requirements

• Applicable fees
• Both parents for children age 16 and under
• One passport-quality picture
• Proof of U.S. citizenship (old passport or certified birth certificate)
• Picture identification (driver's license)
